2. SÖZLEŞMENİN KONUSU

İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı’nın Satıcı’ya ait internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği, aşağıda nitelikleri ve satış fiyatı belirtilen ürün/ürünlerin satışı ve teslimine ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.

4. TESLİMAT

  • Ürün, Alıcı’nın sipariş sırasında bildirdiği adrese gönderilir.

  • Teslimat süresi en geç 30 gündür.

  • Mücbir sebepler nedeniyle gecikme olması halinde Alıcı bilgilendirilir.

5. CAYMA HAKKI

Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermeden cayma hakkına sahiptir.

Cayma bildirimi: hello@sevenmuses.co adresine e-posta yoluyla yapılır.

İade Koşulları

  • Ürün kullanılmamış, etiketleri koparılmamış ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.

  • Ürün hasarlı, kullanılmış, yıkanmış veya tekrar satılabilirliğini kaybetmişse iade kabul edilmez.

Geri Ödeme

  • Cayma talebi Satıcı’ya ulaştıktan sonra 14 gün içinde ödeme Alıcı’ya iade edilir.

  • İade, aynı ödeme yöntemi ile yapılır.

6. CAYMA HAKKININ KULLANILAMAYACAĞI ÜRÜNLER

  • Kişiye özel üretilen ürünler

  • Hijyen sebebiyle iadesi uygun olmayan ürünler

  • Kullanılmış veya hasar görmüş ürünler

7. GENEL HÜKÜMLER

  • Alıcı, sipariş onayı vererek bu sözleşmenin tüm şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılır.

  • Ödeme gerçekleşmeden ürün gönderimi yapılmaz.

  • Satıcı, stok tükenmesi halinde siparişi iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.

8. YETKİLİ MAHKEME

İşbu sözleşmeden doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Anadolu Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our atelier in Antalya or Istanbul, Turkey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Worldwide shipping is free.

How long does shipping take?

Turkey: 2–4 business days

International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Within 14 days (for Turkey) or 30 days (for international orders) of delivery
  • With original packaging

We currently offer store credit or exchanges only, unless the item is faulty. For more details, visit our Return Policy page.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Product & sizing

How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart inboth cm and inches. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us with your measurements for personalized advice.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Some designs have custom sizing options. Check the product page to see if it's available and contact us for alterations.

What materials do you use?

We use ethically sourced, premium fabrics mostly organic handwoven silk, linen, and cotton but we are recently including bamboo, crepe, and satin blends as well.

Each item is made with care in small batches to minimize waste and maximize longevity.

Payments & Duties

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout options. All transactions are processed in your countries currency.

Will I need to pay customs fees or taxes?

International orders may be subject to local customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
